Design and Drupal Theme for audient.com

Audient make innovative and very cool equipment for music recording and production and they had a Drupal website that was in need of a design and content refresh.

Happily, Audient heard about our Drupal theming service and as it turned out, we were just down the road from them and so we are really pleased to have got to help Audient deliver their new look website.

For this project we also got the opportunity to work with Audient to help plan how the Drupal site would fit together around the new design.

The Gas Safety Trust

The Gas Safety Trust has become the UK's leading gas safety charity with the key objectives of further improving gas safety for the public and industry throughout the United Kingdom and reducing the incidents of death and serious injury from carbon monoxide exposure.

The Gas Safety Trust was formerly operating under the name of the The CORGI Trust until March 2010 and with the arrival of the new name and the new brand, Five Mile was given the opportunity to work with the Trust to design and develop a great new website.

Black Swan Training Solutions

Black Swan Training Solutions are local to Five Mile here in Basingstoke and we have been looking after their website now for a few years.

This year, we enjoyed working with Black Swan Training on a complete restructure, redesign and rebuild of their website.

With over 100 courses and plenty of hot tips, Black Swan Training needed easier control over their website content, with the goal of being able to easily create new courses, manage existing courses, add hot tips and better control how their course categorisation is navigated.

Jump PR

Proof we still love static sites! The Jump PR project is about brand-hugging design work and lovingly hand-coded static HTML website project.

When Jump PR first presented their new logo to us we loved it. It was pretty much all that existed in terms of brand style and we knew instantly that we would be able to compliment the logo with a great looking design.

As a small brochure style site, it was clear that building a solid static HTML website was the right way to go. Super easy to update and super quick to deploy!

Leading Edge

Leading Edge offer expert support for businesses seeking market research, market analysis and strategic marketing.

Leading Edge needed to completely rebuild their ageing website and came to Five Mile looking for a redesign that would also provide them with full control over their own content.

We set to work designing and customising a new site with a Drupal powered content management system, built exactly to their needs.

Textile Conservation Centre

The Textile Conservation Centre is sadly closing on October 30th 2009. To mark this closure and the 30+ years of legacy work that the Centre has carried out, we were only too pleased to donate our time and services in delivering a fantastic website that could present the work, the history and some of the future news of the Centre and its staff.

stoneCIRCLE

We are really pleased to announce the launch of a new website for one of the most advanced manufacturers of natural stone products in the UK. stoneCIRCLE came to Five Mile looking to have a new website built that would be great at showing off their stunning products and specialist services. The stoneCIRCLE printed brochure is full of superb product photography and the brief was to produce a site that allowed these images to work as well on the web, as they do in print. Not only that, stoneCIRCLE wanted to be able to look after absolutely all the content and images themselves.

MedNous

MedNous is a print publication and a website for medical entrepreneurs in Europe. The name is derived from the Greek word for knowledge – nous – and the English word, medical. With the goal of creating a brand new website capable of offering improvements all round, for both their publication subscribers and the MedNous publication team, we got straight to work in producing the new site in Drupal. We are also now working to evolve the website over the long-term, with new features and interface refinements - just the sort of way we believe a project like this should be done!

Manor Marketing

Five Mile are pleased to have been working with Manor Marketing for nearly 3 years now. Manor Marketing came to us when they decided that the new year 2009 needed to bring them a new website. Asked to build a website on a black and red theme we decided to go the whole way and, like this site, we went with a black background and great selection of fine flower photography. Using strict XHTML and CSS the site is a great example of really clean, optimised code.

355 Design

355 Design offer professional ASP.NET application and web development services. We have worked with the 355 Design team on various projects over the past 5 years as designers and front-end coders for ASP.NET applications and websites. It was a pleasure to offer our design services for their own website, providing XHTML/CSS templates that were used as the basis of their ASP.NET theme.

Keis Heated Apparel

Keis Apparel is a UK based microsite for the Keis heated apparel product range. If you are into winter biking and staying warm then no doubt these are products you will be very interested in! The site is another great example of clean design, grid layout, semantically structured content and super clean xhtml and css.

Impala

Five Mile had the opportunity to design and build the new website for IMPALA - the International MHEG Promotion Alliance. With their new branding already in place we had the opportunity to work with some great colours and messaging to deliver a website that promotes the work of IMPALA in promoting the MHEG-5 standard and its members including Panasonic, Humax and Sony. This site is built in Drupal and is a great example of how custom content types and the image handling of Drupal can make the task of carrying out updates a breeze.

Strategy & Technology

Another Drupal site and this time for S&T - Strategy and Technology. S&T required a new corporate site that looked great and provided them with an easy way to keep content up-to-date across global offices. Drupal provides an easy-to-use content management interface allowing S&T to easily manage their content and rapidly deploy press releases online.

Invenias

Invenias create executive search software and recruitment software that runs from within Microsoft Outlook, thus creating an integrated management tool. Five Mile worked with the Invenias developers by creating a clean corporate design suitable for presenting their products. We also supplied the XHTML & CSS templates that Invenias were then able to go on and build their site upon.
